Accuracy: At zero deviation, the accuracy will be within ±0.1% of nominal thickness, or ±0.00002" (±0.5 µm), whichever is greater
Statistical Noise: ±0.1% of nominal thickness, 90% of the time
Time Constant: 20 milliseconds or less
Deviation Range: ±30% (maximum)
Deviation Direct Output1: ±10V = ± 0.010"
Deviation Percent Output1: ±10V = ±10%

Drift:

 ±0.5%, or less, of nominal thickness in 8 hours, at constant ambient temperature
Notes:
  1. These are typical voltage outputs.  Scaling can be easily customized via the touch screen.  Industry standard 4 to 20 milliamp current loops are also supported and optional.
