The S7-400 PLC with its high-end CPU is the optimum device for every gauging consideration, including processing speed, communications and diagnostics.

     The PLC is readily tailored to suit individual requirements - and there is always room for expansion.

     "Hot swapping" of input and output modules is no problem for the S7-400.  Encapsulated modules, fan-free operation and safe startup and shutdown procedures are also part and parcel of the rugged PowerPLC.

     The PLC is mounted in a readily accessible position in the electronics cabinet.

     The PLC communicates on a Local Area Network (LAN) to the gauge computer using Profibus protocol.  For communications with other PLCs, field devices and host computers, our PLC also uses Profibus.
